1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Netizen.it.com website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Services
Netizen.it.com provides digital marketing services including search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, content marketing, web design, website maintenance, social media marketing and marketing coaching. Specific deliverables, fees and timelines are defined in a separate written agreement.
3. No Guarantees
While we work diligently toward the best possible outcomes, search engine rankings and marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We cannot and do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue figures unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate business information, timely access to accounts and reasonable cooperation. Delays caused by the client may adjust project timelines.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding and materials provided by Netizen.it.com remain our property or that of our licensors unless transferred in writing. Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for a client may be licensed for their use per the agreement.
6. Payments & Cancellation
Services are billed on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed. Payments are due upon invoice. Either party may terminate an agreement with 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed are non-refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability
Netizen.it.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the services in the preceding month.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
